From Ashtanga and Power Yoga to Gentle Flow and Restorative Candlelight, their certified instructors bring over 28 years of experience to guide students of all levels. In addition to regular classes, they also offer specialized programs such as Prenatal Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Hero Yoga for First Responders, Military, Veterans, and their families. With a focus on promoting health, mindfulness, and endurance, Centred on Yoga is a welcoming space where everybody belongs.

Since opening their doors in 2013, Centred on Yoga has been dedicated to expanding their community and providing a safe and transformative space for practitioners. They offer a 200HR Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training for those looking to deepen their practice or pursue a career in yoga instruction.
