Be careful coming here for your Amazon returns. Twice I've been recharged because they never received my order back. Take pictures of dropping it off and make sure you get your receipt.

Oakleaf Plantation DO NOT go! Drive extra mile to the next UPS! Customer Service is awful! They charge for tape after YOU tape your own package unlike other location(s). Not returning!!!

Wow this place changed everything..just to put 24 inches of tape on my package to close it I have to pay $1.99...wow

Worst customer service ever from ANY company I have dealt with (not just a mail room). I would drive 50 miles to another UPS store to avoid coming here again. Very disappointed does not even touch...
