Chop,chop,chop-Asked for 3"trim and got 6"off.She was nice but I was extremely unset with the amount taken off.Why say anything nothing can be done once it's cut.Just know I'll never go back.

Came in at 4pm with one customer so my son can get a cut. Asked if I could also get mine done and was taken up front, told I had to pay for my sons then I can get mine, tipped for both cuts then...

I had to check in online it stated a 65 minute wait time and that's should be good to not have to sit in the store that long so the premise is you wait at home until you time is close Great Clips...
