History

Jost van Dyke began teaching MatWork Pilates in 2006. He became cited as one of the most popular instructors in gyms and yoga/Pilates studios around the Tallahassee area. Several of Jost's students have since become certified yoga/Pilates instructors. In 2013, Jost was provided an opportunity to assume ownership of an existing studio, thus adding Pilates reformer into his instructional program. And, STUDiO ENDORpiLATES was born.
