Stephanie Jacks, APRN

Dr. Melissa Mancuso is a board-certified maternal-fetal medicine physician and medical geneticist at Women's Care in Jacksonville, FL. She is dual certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics. Dr. Mancuso completed her MD and OB/GYN residency at Case Western Reserve University and a combined fellowship in MFM and Medical Genetics at UAB. She specializes in high-risk pregnancies, prenatal diagnosis, and in utero therapies. A Fellow of ACOG, SMFM, and ACMG, she is committed to advancing fetal care and women's health.

Annie McCartney is a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner who works in our Maternal Fetal Medicine office in Jacksonville. Annie previously worked in the Department of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida, and at University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she also served as a faculty instructor with the School of Nursing. Annie earned a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Jacksonville State University. Annie is a member of the Association for Women's Health - Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Dr. Kristy Ruis is a board-certified OB/GYN and maternal-fetal medicine specialist in Jacksonville, FL. She completed her medical degree at Mercer University and both her OB/GYN residency and MFM fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Ruis specializes in high-risk pregnancies, prenatal diagnosis, and genetic testing, including CVS and amniocentesis. She is a member of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine and is passionate about managing maternal conditions that affect pregnancy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at Disney with her husband and children.
