Melissa Mancuso, MD

Annie McCartney is a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner who works in our Maternal Fetal Medicine office in Jacksonville. Annie previously worked in the Department of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida, and at University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she also served as a faculty instructor with the School of Nursing. Annie earned a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Jacksonville State University. Annie is a member of the Association for Women's Health - Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Stephanie Jacks, WHNP-BC, is a board-certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at Women's Care in Jacksonville, FL, specializing in maternal-fetal medicine. With over five years of experience in high-risk obstetrics and a background in primary women's healthcare, Stephanie is dedicated to empowering women through education and personalized care. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and is certified by the National Certification Corporation. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and beach days with her husband and two children.

Dr. Kristy Ruis is a board-certified OB/GYN and maternal-fetal medicine specialist in Jacksonville, FL. She completed her medical degree at Mercer University and both her OB/GYN residency and MFM fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Ruis specializes in high-risk pregnancies, prenatal diagnosis, and genetic testing, including CVS and amniocentesis. She is a member of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine and is passionate about managing maternal conditions that affect pregnancy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at Disney with her husband and children.
