RCMA is a dedicated organization focused on providing quality childcare and educational resources to over 4,600 children from low-income families annually across 20 Florida counties. Celebrating its 60th anniversary, RCMA employs a holistic approach that addresses not only early childhood education but also health care assistance and technology access to support the whole child and their families.

With 56 child development centers and three charter schools, RCMA has positively impacted the lives of more than 40,000 children and their families by helping overcome challenges associated with seasonal work.
