Appointment reminder came in the day before and showed up at 7:30 to a closed office. This is not acceptable. You cannot reach a person or callback number via phone.

Have been coming to this office branch of Quest for six years. Appts scheduled always on time, staff friendly and professional. Lab results always quickly provided to physician.
