My husband is REALLY super afraid of needles. Traffic was able to actually draw his blood with no waiting on her first attempt to draw his blood.

The wait time is absurd. After 1.5 hours waiting during "off peak" hours with my name not even close to being called, I gave up. These facilities need to be adequately staffed with efficiency...

All the remaining locations are woefully understaffed & inefficient. Waiting 2 hours while fasting is COMPLETELY unacceptable. Why weren't the employees from TPCA spread around the other sites?
