Great place for a loved one to receive the rehabilitation care that they need. They also have long-term care beds and hospice services.

Based in Cleveland, Tenn., Life Care Centers of America is a network of skilled nursing homes, assisted living centers, retirement facilities, home care units and Alzheimer's centers. Some of its rehabilitation services include physical theraphy, occupational therapy and speech language pathology. The assisted living centers offers basic social, educational and recreational programs; library; chapel; activities and craft room; lounges with cozy fireplaces; wellness center; ice cream parlor and gift shop.
