Angela Prodanov's diverse skills attracted CHP to recruit her to advance their clinic to the community model. Angela proven experience working within and leading an interdisciplinary team with wide variety of patients including; orthopedic, neurologic, cardiopulmonary fits the CHP model. Angela has held therapy positions where she held the responsibility for coordination and delivery of physical therapy in a patient's home, where the ultimate-goal was to get the patient independent. Through Core Health Partners Angela can now fill that gap and care and plan for those with goals to transition from a homecare setting to a community center (YMCA) but yet, may need some assistance through physical therapy.

Stephen is a native Floridian born in West Palm Beach to a Nurse mother (Jeanne) and a Carpenter father (Carl). He is the middle child with an older brother named James and a younger sister named Elizabeth. Stephen is an extremely family oriented individual; after spending the past 2 years in California working as the Site Supervisor of an outpatient physical therapy clinic, Stephen is more than ready to move back to Florida to be closer to friends and family. Growing up in South Florida, Stephen did all the usual things Floridians do. He loved being outdoors playing sports, fishing, or just spending quality time with friends.
