Stephen is a native Floridian born in West Palm Beach to a Nurse mother (Jeanne) and a Carpenter father (Carl). He is the middle child with an older brother named James and a younger sister named Elizabeth. Jack graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology in 2018, and currently maintains an Exercise Physiologist certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. In July 2020, he obtained his PTA license after completing a Physical Therapist Assistant Associate degree at Hodges University. Growing up in Canton, Ohio, Jack participated in a variety of sports where he developed an appreciation for the professions of fitness and rehabilitation. He has experience with treatment protocols in a multitude of healthcare settings throughout his internships and professional career, with an emphasis in outpatient orthopedics.
