Love this space! Friendly environment, great staff and energy was on point. The class was great because it flowed and gave you a great workout at the same time!!

Love love love the new hot room and the instructor was fantastic! Don't get me wrong the reformer classes are wonderful as well but the heated room definitely takes things up a notch!
