History

I am a certifed personal trainer and an athlete in the Orlando area. I started Gemini Personal Training after I became a mom. Being a mom helps me understand that time is precious and most of us don't have any to waste. It also has helped me incorporate time with my daughter into my workouts. My mission as your personal trainer is to assist you in your pursuit of health and fitness; push you to reach your goals and teach you how to maintain those goals as long as you wish. As a personal trainer, I am dedicated to providing you with current and pertinent information on fitness and nutrition.
