Horrible customer service. Purchase all my kitchen appliances from here and had an issue with my dishwasher. I purchased a Thermador (which was not cheap) and it came in damaged. 3 months later...

We spent 4k. Products we received were low quality. They sent the wrong items. Not willing to resolve the problems. Sales rep JG incompetent and rude.
