Horrible customer service they are totally incompetent. The woman at customer service was rude and lies and says she is the store manager. Wrote to the CEO, guess he doesn't care about customers.

They had the worst customer service I've any business in the United States You cannot get a human when you call in and they transfer you to one they hang up on you.

I love Lowes but will not be going back to this particular store becase they force you to use self checkout. I find that obnoxious. All of the registers have been replaced with self checkout.
