Esteban Lugo, M.D.

Allison Sylvester, DNP, CRNA, APRN, is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. She joined the hospital staff in 2025. Allison earned a bachelor degree in Nursing from University of Central Florida in 2016. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of South Florida in 2023.

Dr. Diiorio specializes in pediatric cardiac critical care medicine at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. She joined the medical staff in 2024. She earned her medical degree from American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Sint Maarten. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Broward Health Systems-Salah Foundation Children’s Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She then completed a fellowship in pediatric cardiology at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, followed by an instructorship in pediatric cardiac critical care at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston.

Dr. Graham specializes in caring for hospitalized children for Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital.Dr. Graham earned her doctorate of osteopathic medicine from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. She completed her pediatric residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando through the University of Florida at Orlando Health.
