Service here is a hit or a miss. Don't have your heart set on specific bagels or donuts when you order as they tend to run low or out of certain items frequently. Like this morning they did not...

The staff is rude specifically the drive thru lady, customer service sucks. And the place is not managed very well, very unorganized.

Enormous line and it just didn't move. They also don't accept the app from Dunkin' Donuts and don't accept any promotions therefor. Small shop that happened to be the most popular at this plaza.

rude Staff and never get order right! It's coffee it's not hard to do. People rush around but don't actually listen to people anymore. It's sad to see!
