I can deal with bad customer service which was obviously happening but to actively cough into my donuts and at my face without covering your mouth is just disgusting. I'll never go to this Dunkin...

honestly .. it is really bad. I would give 1/2 a star. ordered a dozen bagels and was given not fresh bagels. I know how freshly baked bagels look like , lady was arguing that they baked them...
