I haven't gotten a bill since they changed the payment system. Plus you can NOT get them to answer a phone call for any issues you may have...and last is if you can pay your bill they are...

Clay county utility company is a monopoly who price gouges their customers. There was a massive 8.1 percent rate increase with no customer benefit. I just paid my flat rate bill at the main office...
