PROS: they're very good at restoring power during outages, especially in times like hurricanes. I'm often back online far before my friends with JEA. The employees (nothing below is their fault)...
Worst ever. Their systems are pathetic, I have to spend at least 30 minutes every month trying to re-enter passwords because they're automatic payment. System doesn't work.
Their online customer portal is a disaster. I seldom (if ever) take the time to leave reviews, but I am frustrated beyond measure. I have dozens of accounts on-line with many difference service...
