No classes anymore . Ask to slowly get back into training and you trust their supposed expertise and they work you the first times so hard you can't move for days and are in pain. He has one...

OMG! The ZUMBA there ROCKs! Look I am white, can't dance at all, but that beautiful woman had my hips moving, my arms flying and my heart soaring!!! Great class!
