All 4 One Fitness was established in 2006 when the owners Frank Cassisa and Rick Gamache combined their resources and expertise in opening a facility to provide the best quality professional personal training studio in the Coral Springs Area!! They have been in the personal training industry for over twenty years! They have gone above and beyond their professional ability to make sure you are training in a clean safe environment with a staff that is highly trained and respectful to your needs and goals!! We provide a full line of exercise equipment from the top leading brands of fitness equipment. i.e. Free Motion, Life Fitness, and Body Masters! We also carry JC Bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, BOSU Ball, and stability balls to give you the best variety in your exercise routines. Not to mention traditional weights and dumbbells!
