Barry Garcia, D.O.

Aaron M. Howell, D.O., is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist at Vero Orthopaedics since 2018. Dr. Howell is skilled in diagnostics like electromyography and nerve conduction tests and offers advanced treatments such as facet and sacroiliac joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, and epidural steroid injections. He earned his D.O. degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at East Carolina University. In his free time, he enjoys golf, fishing, hunting, and sports.

Dr. Daniel Plessl is a Harvard-trained sports medicine doctor specializing in musculoskeletal care for all types of patients, from weekend warriors to young athletes. He provides both surgical and nonsurgical treatment for bone, joint, muscle, and sports-related injuries. His expertise includes minimally invasive shoulder, knee, and hip repair, shoulder replacement, and fracture care. Dr. Plessl completed a fellowship in sports medicine at Harvard Medical School and earned his medical degree from Virginia Tech Carilion. He partners with patients to create individualized treatment plans and enjoys staying active through fishing, hiking, and sports. Dr. Plessl is available for consultations in Vero Beach.

Michele Ofner, M.D. specializes in a wide variety of neurological disorders. Her interest is in general neurology with a focus on epilepsy and peripheral neuropathy. She provides comprehensive care in common neurological disorders such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, headaches, and many other neurological disorders. Dr. Ofner completed her undergraduate work at the University of California Irvine. She went on to complete medical school at Albany Medical College. Dr. Ofner then completed her internship and residency in adult neurology at the University of South Florida.
