Our Neuro Recovery Centers (NRC) are state-of-the art rehabilitation centers offering specialized equipment for customized rehabilitation during and after traditional therapy has been completed. This unique gym allows you to continue ongoing exercise and conditioning to maintain and improve functional movement and abilities.Members receive access to our innovative technology and can utilize the gym up to six days per week.

Led by Dr. Katelyn Jordan, our clinic utilizes a team approach pairing an optometrist specializing in low vision with an occupational therapist who specializes in low vision rehabilitation. Our team strives to help patients with visual impairment maintain independence and participate in activities they previously enjoyed.Our lead vision rehabilitation occupational therapist, Sarah LaRosa, MOT, OTR/L, SCLV, CLVT, is recognized as an expert in the niche area of low vision and has received acknowledgements for her contributions to the program.In addition to our staff, our team works with local physicians, eye specialists and public service agencies to coordinate medical care, low vision training and vocational rehabilitation.

Brooks Rehabilitation at St. Augustine provides skilled physical therapy services to meet your rehabilitation needs. Our clinicians are expertly trained and utilize the latest evidence-based therapy to assist you in reaching your goals and optimal outcomes. We are conveniently located off U.S. 1 on Southpark Boulevard, next door to Flagler Surgery Center. We are the suite located on the far left corner of the strip if you are facing the building.
