Our new location provides comprehensive services including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy for children and physical therapy for adults.

Brooks Rehabilitation at Orange Park provides skilled physical therapy services to meet your rehabilitation needs. Brooks Rehabilitation Orange Park also has a Neuro Recovery Center (NRC) that utilizes high tech equipment for neurologic patients. We are committed to providing high-quality care for our patients! This location proudly offers SPEAK OUT! & The LOUD Crowd, a two-part speech therapy program to help individuals with Parkinson's regain and maintain effective communication. SPEAK OUT! places emphasis on speaking with intent and converting speech from an automatic function to an intentional act.

Led by Dr. Katelyn Jordan, our clinic utilizes a team approach pairing an optometrist specializing in low vision with an occupational therapist who specializes in low vision rehabilitation. Our team strives to help patients with visual impairment maintain independence and participate in activities they previously enjoyed.Our lead vision rehabilitation occupational therapist, Sarah LaRosa, MOT, OTR/L, SCLV, CLVT, is recognized as an expert in the niche area of low vision and has received acknowledgements for her contributions to the program.In addition to our staff, our team works with local physicians, eye specialists and public service agencies to coordinate medical care, low vision training and vocational rehabilitation.
