One notary on site who's always busy. It's a bank, why isn't there more staff qualified to meet the needs of the customers? Why should you have to make an appointment for a notary? Unreasonable!

Worst service. Crappiest bank of all time. Been there 5 times to try to close my deceased mother-in-laws account with my father-in-law. Still can't get it done.
