We rented a safe deposit box today. Mark Jattan was the banker that assisted us. What a nice patient person. He answered all our questions and concerns and was a joy to speak with.

My dad tried to wire money but this bank made the wire out to my bank instead of my name, so they essentially screwed up our process of getting an FHA loan, which has made everything 100000x more...

The most under staffed bank I have ever seen there's always a long wait. They have all the excuses when I have inquired. She's out to lunch or they are on vacation. The drive in gets better...
