Adedapo Adeyinka Iluyomade, MD

Dayuri Gallardo, APRN, is a certified nurse practitioner at Baptist Health and is fluent in English and Spanish. She began her medical career in 2004 as a family medicine physician in Venezuela. Joining Baptist Health in 2011, Dayuri served as a registered nurse in the ICU/PCU and a nurse practitioner at Homestead Hospital. Dayuri now provides annual wellness exams, acute care visits, medication management and chronic disease management to Baptist Health primary care patients.After earning a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Miami Dade College, she completed a family nurse practitioner master’s program at the University of Turabo, South Florida campus. With experience in both acute care and family practice settings, Dayuri has cared for patients with a variety of chronic and acute life-threatening medical conditions. She is committed to providing compassionate and reliable care to help her patients achieve the best outcomes possible. When she is not taking care of patients, Dayuri likes to go to the beach and the movies with her family.

Ramon Quesada, M.D., FACC, FACP, FSCAI, FCCP, has more than 25 years of experience as an interventional cardiologist. He specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of cardiovascular diseases as well as congenital and structural heart conditions through catheter-based procedures, such as angioplasty, stenting, and transcatheter vales repairs and replacements. Dr. Quesada has been a clinical research national site investigator on research trials for coronary interventions and structural heart repairs. He has been a leader in developing minimally invasive techniques to treat structural heart disease, including left atrial appendage closure, patent foramen ovale, atrial septal defects, perivalvular leak repair, aortic valve replacement, mitral, tricuspid valve repairs, and left ventricular pseudoaneurysm closure. He is one of a few interventional cardiologists in the United States who uses the transracial approach for coronary interventions, performing more than 5,000 cases with this less-invasive approach. Dr. Quesada was the first physician in Florida to perform a percutaneous mitral valve repair. He has published extensively in medical journals and other scientific literature and serves on the editorial board of Cardiac Interventions Today, and cardiovascular revascularization medicine (CRM). He has lectured nationally and internationally and has trained physicians from around the world on interventional cardiology techniques. Dr. Quesada is fluent in English and Spanish.

John Morytko, M.D., FACC, is a cardiologist at Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute who has has more than 25 years of experience in his field. He specializes in in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases and defects of the heart and circulatory system. He treats such conditions as heart attack, heart failure, heart murmur and hypertension. Dr. Morytko has been involved in clinical research studies to improve the efficacy and safety of treatments for heart disease. In addition to being a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, he is a member of the American Society of Echocardiography.
