The Washington Literacy Center (WLC) has been dedicated to helping Washington, DC residents overcome literacy challenges since 1963. 3.5 stars, but b/c of the critical work being done by this org, it's an easy bump up to 4. patience, patience, PATIENCE. if you don't have this key trait, do NOT try to teach or help someone...
