The salesperson was not helpful in person. The people who may have been helpful did not come out to help me, but when a customer with a bike came in, they immediately went to help them. Wasted...

Brought in my bike with a flat tire and they fixed in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable price, the customer service was excellent and I will definitely be returning.
