Bikes are cool but getting repairs on the bike seems impossible. Also, there's no permanent location that I know of in DC.

Loved my Riide 1, but they really dropped the ball on Riide 2 shipment updates. I know we're in a pandemic, but they did not keep customers updated at ALL. They basically ghost their customers...

:( I ordered my bike on February 11, 2016 and was told that I would have the bike by April. That didn't happen. Nor May nor June nor July. In July I got an e-mail promising delivery in August....
