Lived here for a year. Management was great and very helpful in dealing with a more complicated than expected move-out situation. Apartment was nice and well-priced for the neighborhood.

Poor communication. Wouldn't recommend. For someone who was looking to rent their first apartment in DC, the expectations is much higher.
