I lived here for four years after getting a positive review from a previous tenant. My renovated unit was clean and didn't have pest issues. Laundry room can have roaches but the building cleaner...

I have lived at 2620 16th for 2 years now, and have been very satisfied with the experience. The biggest plus here is the location. It's walkable to Adams Morgan (without being in the craziness)...

+1 on the 2/2/10 review. I've been here a long time, with both the old management and the new. The building is okay, the wall's are thick, which is really nice. But the switch from heat to a/c...
