Customer service is the worst.they put you on hold for hrs and hrs,then after waiting,you get transferred to another dep't that also put you on hold for another hr or more.terrible,terrible srevice

The Attorney General of CT should go after Optimum. The billing practices are a scam. They increase the rates you call get it lowered one month later then back up again. Done with them! Shame...
