History

Hello, my name is Rick Lastrina and I have been a Personal Trainer for 15 years. I started off in a big box gym and enjoyed seeing the progress of all my clients through their fitness journey. I left the big box gym in 2017 to explore more options and to try new things but the pandemic came and suddenly I had the urge to build my own home gym and it works. I started running remote online classes and now I have a few clients that come for in-person training as well.
