Avoid this place. My airline uses it for overnights, so I am stuck here on occasion. Starting from first contact, calling to get the shuttle on its way, the front desk just said to call again...

First visit to Fairfield Hartford for business. This is a older hotel. It has a Wendy's and Ruby Tuesday in its parking lot. I checked in with no issues. The attendant was nice and helpful....
