Established in 1930, The Patterson Club provides various services and indoor and outdoor facilities. The club has seven Har-Tru tennis courts for summer play and four Paddle tennis courts for the winter play. The club provides golf and tennis lessons to its members. It also has an Olympic-size pool and it offers swimming lesson to children and adults. The Patterson Club organizes various tournaments and intra- and inter-club leagues of golf and tennis. Brooklawn Country Club was founded in 1895 as a private golf club and one of the oldest golf courses in New England. Brooklawn offers its members an array of programs including tennis, bowling, paddle tennis and swimming. It has an Olympic-sized swimming pool and diving facility with an interconnected snack bar and children s play area. The tennis facility includes seven courts with a viewing area. It offers formal and informal dining facilities for its members and their guests.
