Great customer service, and very convenient location. The ATM in the lobby is in a highly visible and safe location.

This branch is very impersonal. Refused to cash a $13.00 check since I do not have a bank card although I have three accounts with plenty of funds available. A CT and MA ID was not good enough....

Arrived a little after 5pm. I bank with USAA and needed another account to deposit a large amount of cash. No one even greeted me or gave me a lead time. Waited until 550 pm and left. Sorry Chase...

Good bank and good customer service. We joined this bank due to some promotional offers, but I find them to be fast and efficient. Opening accounts with them was a snap.
