Small gym BUT surprisingly they have it all!! I am a gym nut and this place was sufficient for me!! I will go there over any gym any day. Local owned, veteran owner, warm and friendly atmosphere....

Loads of equipment, machines and free weights. Plenty of space too. Friendly staff, only down side; no water fountain so bring your own.
