Since opening her business in 2021 Jess has been able to give her clients what she felt like was missing in the commercial gym scene. A personal approach to each client, a specific plan that involves her expertise as well as what the client is requesting, and a lot of fun along the way. Jess received her Bachelors of Science in Exercises Science in 2019. She also holds a Personal Training Certification through ISSA as well as a TRX certification.SpecialtiesFitness Solutions by Jess caters to making exercise work for everyone. Each client receives highly specific and fine tuned programming so that they can better achieve their goals. No one size fits all workout.
