History
SOAR began in 2014 with dreams to provide middle school, high school, and college athletes with a high level of professional strength and conditioning training. SOAR strives to provide a fun environment while uniquely challenging athletes to reach new levels of performance. Our college-educated and nationally certified personal trainers and strength and conditioning coaches provide detailed and top-notch training each and every session. Athletes should be ready to see improvements in their muscular strength, power, vertical jump, speed and mechanics, agility, reaction, coordination, mobility, and stability.
