We are a locally and family owned personal training and fitness center located in the Market Square Shopping Center. We pride ourselves on helping people with any fitness goal they may have. Whether looking to lose weight, keep up with your grandkids, or improve your golf game, WE CAN HELP! We are open 24/7 for our members to use our facility. We are staffed Monday - Thursday 6:00am to 7:00pm and Friday 6:00am to 1:00pm.
