I started practicing at The Freyja Project in 2016 and moved to the Wheat Ridge location in 2019.

Specialties

I create space for clients to discover patterns and beliefs, to let go, to shift, and to be ok. I listen with compassion, kindness, and empathy. I truly see clients. Many clients come to me during a time of transition or a period of darkness or self discovery. I have an intuitive approach and use my knowledge of psychology, trauma, astrology, the chakras, mindfulness, pranayama, and energy healing in my treatments. While trained to treat the full spectrum of Traditional Chinese Medicine, my clients usually find me to work on stress, mental health, trauma, women's health issues/fertility, pain, or manifesting. Esoteric Acupuncture is my main tool to help clients remove blocks to step into their greatness. What sets me apart is the space I create. It allows clients to feel comfortable and safe. Trust and rapport develops pretty quickly. I'm not in a rush to load them up with needles and truly listen. I don't pretend
