History

In 1990 Delta Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation was initiated. As people were treated for physical therapy we added equipment for their rehabilitation needs, and once we added more equipment people from the area and our patients started to ask if they could continue working out there or start working out on a regular basis. After 3 years we decided to add a gym for the public. Since that time we have undergone 5 separate remodels. Finally expanding to our current 8000 square ft facility. We have also continued to upgrade our equipment to a high commercial level and added; showers, lockers, Jacuzzi's and a brand new Cross-fit area.

Specialties

Whenever people passed by Jim's physical therapy office, they would drop in to pose questions about his pristine collection of equipment. In time, he recognized a real need for a place where those rehabilitating from injuries or physical strain could safely establish an exercise routine. Over time, we expanded to include more services than just rehabilitation. Today, we welcome anyone interested in a healthy lifestyle or weight-loss program to join us too! Our BodyMaster setup and workout classes have drawn in nearly 100 gym members, and our 8,000-square-foot facility is open 24/7 with its own coffee bar and juice counter.
