Art of Fitness specializes in Pilates and Gyrotonic. We have a staff of 8 instructors that are highly qualified to teach the traditional work. We offer Privates, Semi-Privates, Group Pilates, Equipment Classes & Mat Classes as well as personal stretching. We are trained to work on clients that are pregnant, injured or want to feel good and look better.
