What an absolute joke. "Big Jojo" should not be handling anything customer facing and I'm appalled at his behavior and demeanor. Honestly if I were the owner I wouldn't want this man working for...

Don't waste your time with customer service. You're better off ordering to be shipped to your home.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff was completely uneducated on anything auto related and was incapable of actually helping me find a simple part that was needed.
