Lauren Sheffield, PA-C - Colorado Urology

Katie Kowalk, PA-C, joined Colorado Urology in December 2020 and cares for patients' urologic needs in the Lone Tree/Parker and Aurora offices. Katie works closely with Drs. Sorce, Greenfield, Ledgerwood, Sarram, Huff, and Gourley. She specializes in BPH, kidney stones, UTIs, hematuria, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, female pelvic health, incontinence, and vaginal prolapse. She performs procedures including PTNS, catheter management, pessaries, Testopel placement, ADT therapy, and BCG instillment.

Dr. Ledgerwood joined Advanced Urology, now Colorado Urology, in 2009. His areas of interest and expertise include urologic oncology (prostate, kidney and bladder cancers), BPH, female urology, as well as complex kidney stone disease. Dr. Ledgerwood specializes in minimally invasive robotic surgery for kidney cancer, prostate cancer, complex reconstructive conditions, and pelvic organ prolapse in women. He offers the full range in treatment options for BPH management and kidney stone surgery.

Dr. Greenfield joined Advanced Urology, now Colorado Urology, in October 2018. He was formerly an assistant clinical professor of urology at Columbia University Medical Center in New York, NY as well as in a large private group practice in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Dr. Greenfield's primary areas of expertise include the medical and surgical treatment of erectile dysfunction and Peyronie's disease. He is fellowship-trained in andrology. He also sees patients for the diagnosis and treatment of low testosterone and stone disease as well as enlarged prostate/BPH and vasectomy.
