Geoff Ledgerwood, MD - Colorado Urology

Dr. Greenfield joined Advanced Urology, now Colorado Urology, in October 2018. He was formerly an assistant clinical professor of urology at Columbia University Medical Center in New York, NY as well as in a large private group practice in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Dr. Greenfield's primary areas of expertise include the medical and surgical treatment of erectile dysfunction and Peyronie's disease. He is fellowship-trained in andrology. He also sees patients for the diagnosis and treatment of low testosterone and stone disease as well as enlarged prostate/BPH and vasectomy.

Katie Kowalk, PA-C, joined Colorado Urology in December 2020 and cares for patients' urologic needs in the Lone Tree/Parker and Aurora offices. Katie works closely with Drs. Sorce, Greenfield, Ledgerwood, Sarram, Huff, and Gourley. She specializes in BPH, kidney stones, UTIs, hematuria, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, female pelvic health, incontinence, and vaginal prolapse. She performs procedures including PTNS, catheter management, pessaries, Testopel placement, ADT therapy, and BCG instillment.

Lauren Sheffield, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant. She works closely with Drs. Merrill, Sorce, Greenfield, Ledgerwood, Sarram, Huff, and Gourley in the Lone Tree and Aurora offices. Lauren's practice focuses on bladder cancer in addition to general urology. Her goal is to provide patient education that allows them to make a well informed decision and feel comfortable with their treatment choices. She began her practice in 2018 working in orthopedics and spine surgery before joining Colorado Urology in 2023.
