Nice state park with a lovely lake. This seems more oriented to RVers than to walkers - the paths are OK, but not scenic. My in-laws, who lived locally, used to take their RV here and camp out...

Off season so peaceful, no tourists. Perfect for nice walk with the family. The campers were light. Park always a pleasant experience. Perfect time for biking around the lake.

Not a great place to stay! Loud and dirty sites! Right on the river and not really very pretty. Not what we expected!

Allows loud music until 2am or later. But are Nazis in terms of letting people drive their cars to reserved camp spots to even unloa Update 2023... SSDD... made mistake coming back. Even worse....

This park is a favorite for locals and visitors alike. We have many friends who schedule trips here year after year. The lake is a favorite for paddleboarders and kids escaping the heat of summer....
